This 20-Hour Business Plan writing course is designed for startups and established entrepreneurs who are ready to create a comprehensive business/action plan. All the essential steps are covered, including drafting the business goals and objectives; identifying the audience; gathering information; researching; describing product and services; and marketing, sales, and financial projections and reports. This workshop is offered over the course of 4 Fridays from 9:00am – 2:00pm.
At the completion of the workshop, clients who need additional assistance with fine-tuning their business plans will have an opportunity to have a Business & Financial Plan Review.
A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION is issued after participating in all 20 hours of the Smart Business Plan Writing Workshop. Costs include training manual, 4 writing classes with hands on computer access to MS Word, Excel & the Internet. Individualized attention with experienced trainers/presenters; step by step tutoring with in-class counseling.

Ka-Neng Au is a Business Librarian at the John Cotton Dana Library of Rutgers University Libraries. He has reference, collection development, and bibliographic instruction responsibilities in accounting, business, economics, and management, as well as computer science and global studies. Au has been a conference speaker in the US and abroad and the author of several journal articles and book chapters on information technology and business information resources.
