The NJSBDC at Rutgers-Newark Smart Business Plan Workshop is offered in 5 hour. This cycle will be held on Friday and will be conducted virtually via the ZOOM video conferencing platform.

All the essential steps will be covered, including drafting the business goals and objectives; identifying the audience; gathering information; researching; describing product and services; marketing and sales planning, and financial projections and reports.

At the completion of the workshop, clients who need additional assistance with fine-tuning their business plans will have an opportunity to have a Business & Financial Plan Review.

A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION will be issued after participating in a 5 hours of the Smart Business Plan Workshop. Costs include:

Dr. Tendai Ndoro has a PhD in Public Administration and serves as Regional Director for the NJSBDC at Rutgers-Newark Business School. Dr. Ndoro has received numerous awards for her work as an economic development expert and a business woman. She is also a trained Baldrige Examiner. In collaboration with private/public entities she promotes small business development, community & economic development initiatives.
