Senior Stakeholder Liaison – Tax Specialist / IRS Communication & Liaison

Jill Maniacci is a Senior Stakeholder Liaison with the Internal Revenue Service. She collaborates, informs, and communicates priority outreach messages to all taxpayer communities, including tax practitioner organizations, employers, community associations, faith-based organizations, educational institutions, and underserved/ multilingual communities.
Prior to becoming a Senior Stakeholder Liaison, Jill was an Internal Revenue Agent with the IRS’s Large Business and International and the Small Business / Self-Employed Divisions for over 18 years. She worked on high profile / sensitive cases, kingpins and potential fraud cases and Ponzi schemes cases in New York. She was also a collaborating Agent for the IRS’s Criminal Investigation Division and was a Leadership Succession Review participant for many years, which included being an acting group manager.
As an undergraduate at Fairleigh Dickinson University, Jill was the Valedictorian in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management with a double major in Business Administration. She earned a Master of Science degree in Accounting. She also studied at the Business & Hotel Management School, formerly the Lucerne Hotel School in Lucerne, Switzerland for a Cross-Cultural Perspective, which is one of the top schools for this major in the world.
