 provides business owners with the essential information and guidance to co
 mplete their online Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) Report. Congres
 s passed the Corporate Transparency Act in 2021 to fight illegal finance. 
 Starting January 1\, 2024\, this law requires companies in the U.S. to rep
 ort owner and control information to FinCEN\, part of the Treasury Departm
 ent.\nAs of March 6\, 2025\, FinCEN announced that it will not issue any f
 ines or penalties or take any other enforcement actions against any compan
 ies based on any failure to file or update beneficial ownership informatio
 n (BOI) reports pursuant to the Corporate Transparency Act by the current 
 deadlines. No fines or penalties will be issued\, and no enforcement actio
 ns will be taken\, until a forthcoming interim final rule becomes effectiv
 e and the new relevant due dates in the interim final rule have passed.\nD
 espite legal challenges\, the reinstated deadline for filing the BOI Repor
 t is March 21st\, 2025. Businesses that were registered before January 1st
 \, 2024 are subject to this deadline. All businesses registered after Janu
 ary 1st\, 2024 must file their BOI Report within 30 days of company regist
